I read this quote this morning:
When all else fails…try smoking a good cigar and have a stiff drink. If that doesn’t work…have another.
― Timothy Pina
I would say: “when all else fails, try breathing then meditating in silence. Then, with your eyes closed, recall all good things in your life. Things that put smile on your face. I warn you, these good things, most of them are small things that being ignored most of the time. They are free, you don’t have to buy them. Yet, they are precious and give warmth at our heart, a bliss. If that doesn’t work … have another. Trust me, these small things, they heal all wounds, all disappointment. They give you strength. They give you hope and good faith. They give you butterflies.
