Macaroons


I tried to bake macaroons. Did I actually make it? Yes. Did/do I like it? No. I found it is totally unhealthy snacks. Sugar in meringue. Sugar with almond meal. Sugar in macaroon’s feeling. Three times sugar. It contains at least 150 calories for ONE piece. I prefer one large omelette with lots of shallots – the same calories, and totally not sweet.
